Force: 0 Base CD: 20 Altered CD: 20 - 19 = 1 Description: Due to the Automatic nature of the Stand, this ability always re-activates itself when its duration is over, resulting in a seamlessly constant effect. This ability causes changes to the user or whatever they're touching when enough people in range believe something about it. Therefore, if the tricks used to try to make this work doesn't convince enough people - it doesn't work. Just paying attention for a few seconds and offhandedly being aware of it and not doubting it is enough for the functioning of this stand for the purpose of collecting belief. This is the amount of people required to believe something about the user/what they're touching for the effect for work: - 5 people: Small scratches can disappear. Eye color can change with contact lenses. - 10 people: Minor wounds can disappear (via being hidden with makeup, for example). Hair color can change with wigs. - 20 people: Moderate wounds can disappear. Face can be completely changed with latex facemasks. - 30 people: Entire limbs can be recreated from worn prosthesis. Gender can be changed with enough disguise material. - 40 people: Unnatural feats such as having real cat-ears.

Nice way of setting up the Power, but you will need to register different Focus Abilities for each level of effectiveness from 5 to 40. You start out with 2 Focus Abilities for free and are able to earn 1 more for every 5 posts within a Mission/Event your Stand user participates in.
If you are set on making more than 1 Focus ability, then make sure to keep them all in one post for quick grading.
P.S. - The minimum cooldown is 1 post (aka an ability can be used, at most, once per post). Doesn't really change how your Automatic Power would work.

I don't think it would work if it had more than one version because there wouldn't be enough Focus if different levels of effects start to happen at the same time.
Done. Also, I increased the cost from 6 to 10 (and therefore the CD).

Hmmmm, well, I can see this working out, I guess. If there were different versions then you could use another Power Type, such as a Dynamism, at the same time, but if you just want the full 40+ version (which covers itself and everything below) then that's up to you.
Anyway, couple more changes which I should have mentioned earlier; the 100 meter range is from the Automatic Stand Type I assume. That 100 meters only covers the range the Stand's form is able to traverse away from the user so the 100 meters doesn't apply to abilities. Instead, change that statement to "People affecting this ability must see the ability user or whatever object is being influenced" which includes digital screens.
The final change is to the 1 meter range specifications; whatever being touched must fall within this 1 meter range as well, so an object both in and out of this range can't be fully affected. Knowing this and the minimum cooldown, I'll let you change the Stats on your character if you want.
