This Stand is fueled by what people in range believe to be true about the user, but is in reality false. It rewrites the user's (and whatever they're touching) reality if enough people in range (mostly masses of NPCs) believe something that isn't real, by making that belief real. However, it can't cause any arbitrary change due to the Stand's limited power and thus is limited to just physical/appearance changes. This ability is Automatic and always on, as a drawback. For example, if the user has a wig and enough people that it's real, it becomes their real hair. If the user has put makeup over their wounds to make them seem gone, if it manages to fool enough people that it's real, that wound will become gone. Note that it applies to any belief in range, and it can work against them. If an enemy covers the user in harmless smoke and then convinces enough people in range that the smoke is poisonous, the user will become poisoned.

Ok, before I grade this Stand I should mention - register each ACT separately (can be in same thread)
This means a few things;
-Either ACT 1 or ACT 2 will be Automatic, not both. You only rolled Automatic once after all.
-Both ACTs will be Phenomenon so each will have the same 2 similar/clearly related themes.
Not really related but try to think of your Power in an RP sense, not an anime/manga sense. If you don't know what I mean, then...don't worry about it.
