THE GUIJARRUN LINEAGE
Lineage: Lineage. Type: Racial power, momentum potential. Description: The Guijarruns have been artisans and traders their whole life, and in the medieval era and onwards that meant moving a lot. A lot. Even though they did have a specific place in Spain to live, the village being the centre of their trading posts and manufactures, they tended to travel long distances to make even more money or gain reputation as traders. The thing is that, they did that so much and so often, that it seemed really rare that a man or a woman could surpass the most veterans of the Guijarrun in a race, since they had already traveled miles and miles of terrain in search of new riches, or just to establish new posts here and there. Thing is, if you want to get it, you got to work for it: the Guijarruns are not faster by nature, they just have the capability of becoming faster with age and training, duh. If they train long enough, they surely will be able to surpass the fastest men and women on the planet, after years and years though.
Descendants of this lineage have their physical speed limit raised to B Grade.

We cannot allow the reaction time as that is already what the speed stat is for. A character can react as fast as they are. So, what we can allow instead is let your Lineage's Speed reach B rank. You won't get a free point but you'll get allowed to reach B rank speed, using a point for it.

Fair enough, sounds cool! It can also be something genetical: the Guijarrun being able to be faster if they train for it...or just get lucky when they're born, aka points.
