MONEY FOR NOTHING Namesake: Dire Straits - Money for Nothing Power Type: Stand - Posthumous Close-Range Appearance: It's a single coin, and thus a tiny Stand. 23 mm in diameter and 2.33 mm in thickness. Theme: Money Description: The Stand is just a coin in appearance, and activates only after death, carrying with it the mind of the Stand user. It can move around by rolling and jumping by its own accord (internally, it works much how single-wheel self-balancing scooters achieve movement, although with nobody "riding" it in this case). The Stand's special ability is its ability to turn things which nobody else is perceiving into a pile of gold coins (these coins identical to the stand's coin design), with the amount of gold produced equal to the "worth" of the item (generally just the volume and rarity of its raw materials). Appearance - What is the Diameter and thickness of the coin? I know, seems trivial, but not all coins are the same size.
Stats - 0 Speed means the Stand can neither float nor roll, much less move without help. Without the ability to move, this Stand cannot use Guts Abilities to utilize its Strength and is therefore closer to a Bound Stand than a Close Range Stand. Also, since Posthumous Stands have been changed as we discussed, you don't have to worry about Range (that is, if I'm correct about what the Description entails).
Description - A few things here either bother me or aren't very well explained;
"carrying with it the essence of the Stand user" What do you mean by "essence"? Is the mind of the Stand user transferred over to the Stand?
"It can move around by floating or more often, rolling around." I'm not sure I should allow any sort of movement without limbs, much less flying without wings or something. The Photo Stand in Part 4 was able to move around despite being a picture, but it couldn't move without help like grabbing onto stuff and hitching a ride or folding into a paper airplane. For a coin to just move and fly without any help, including limbs, would need to be a Power. If you don't like the idea of this coin Stand to naturally have limbs to move with, then you'd have to use its Power to move around since the Power involves controlling Money, but you'd still not actually be use the Strength of the Stand unless another ability is used to give the coin limbs temporarily.
"It can detect and control money in its vicinity, as well as create money." That's too much for one Power. Either the Stand detects and controls or the Stand creates. Ambrogio's Fingers Blue may have given you the idea for all three, but Fingers Blue has three themes - Oxygen, Hydrogen, and Water. I should have told Ambro to add "water can only be created by balancing the oxygen and hydrogen in the air and naturally forming moisture to control" even though we had discussed his Stand privately (actually, I'll go do that after I type this marathon review). Anyway, either detect/control or create.
Now as for the actual money part - money is a broad concept and becomes very complicated and potentially game breaking within an RP setting. As you are contemplating/making the edits above, please think about "money" as a concept rather than an object and try to come up with a more concise "thing" being detected/controlled/created. This "thing" can either be gold, silver, paper money, or whatever else "money" is made out of, but stick to one of those things rather than all of them.
tl;dr -Dimensions of the coin -Stands can't move without Speed -Coins can't move/fly without help aka limbs or a Power -Detect/Control or Create, not both -Money is too broad of a thing, choose something more specific

Some fixes were made but I don't see all the fixes made that Romero asked you to do. Read over Romero's post then come back and read what I have written below.
Alright, so, I can't seem to find an instance of a Stand ever solely making something out of thin air. There has to be a catch to the Stand. Also, it cannot simply make any kind of money, it has to either be paper money, gold, or some other form of currency. I would advise you to just have your Stand solely create Gold but at the cost of something else. I personally feel that Gold can work just as good as any kind of currency since it can be sold for lots of money.
Anything in Jojo that creates something needs something else in order to do so. Blood is a good exchange of something that can be converted into gold, you just need to present something of value that can be turned into gold or whatever material you want to make. I know turning something in for money may seem ironic to the Stand's name but there is no instance of a Stand purely making something out of nothing that I know of.
If you have read Part 7 of the manga, take a look at the Stand known as Sugar Mountain's Spring for inspiration.
Edit: Since this is a Stand that only activates after death, Coal also works as something to be turned into gold instead of blood.

Fixed, I hope.
I tried to keep the "Money for nothing" gimmick, sort of.

Approved (but if either Ambro or me see a problem later down the line, this Stand will be moved back and you will be asked to edit accordingly)
