If your Descendant's Power Tier (Newcomer or Gifted) changes due to either gaining Power (Newcomer to Gifted) or rose in Power (Gifted to Ascended), then post a link to the thread in which your Descendant changes.
After a staff member reviews the thread in question and approves the method in which your Descedant's Power Tier changes, then your Descedant's Character Application will be moved and you will make the appropriate changes. Link back to this thread when the edits have been made~
